One-time projects
Up to 3 months and 2 bank or card accounts. Transactions categorized, accounts reconciled, clean P&L and balance sheet.
Up to 12 months. All accounts reconciled; misclassifications, duplicates and opening balances corrected. Tax-ready handoff for your CPA.
Aging report rebuilt and verified, unapplied payments matched, collection outreach on overdue accounts, write-off recommendations.
Backlogs over 12 months are quoted individually.
Monthly plans
Monthly reconciliations, transaction categorization, month-end P&L and balance sheet.
Invoicing, payment application, collections follow-up and a weekly aging report.
Both plans together.
Month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. First month 50% off after any cleanup project.
